This Trading Policy relates to our trading practices
in connection with the American Tenors website.
By visiting the American Tenors website, you are
accepting the practices described in this Trading Policy. Please review
this Trading Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time.
Shipping and Handling Charges
A base charge of US$4.00 is added to each order, with a
further US$1.00 per individual item ordered, to cover our costs of handling
and shipping the order. To illustrate this, an order for one CD would
attract a charge of $5 for shipping and handling ($4 for the order plus $1
for the item). An order for 4 x T shirts would have a charge of $8 ($4 plus
4 x $1)
Returns Policy
It is the policy of Top C Entertainment Limited to
ensure that all goods shipped by us are of the highest quality. If the
goods are not in satisfactory condition when you receive them or you
have not received the correct goods, then we will gladly replace them
at our expense.
